Tried For Your Love is the eagerly awaited debut solo EP from contemporary Boogie producer Krystal Klear. This release gives light to the largest body of work to date from the hotly tipped artist, and does not disappoint!

Sample free, the EP is composed of completely original material, and is a modern take on the New Jack Swing / Boogie. The opening track ‘Tried For Your Love’ gives a nod to 80′s House, whilst B-Side track ‘Dekryptic’ brings an emotive and gorgeous tenderness to the record. The Hudson Mohawke remix proves to be a truly special addition; taking piano stabs, midi sax and a huge breakdown into the realms of classic Chicago House and NYC Disco.

Receiving love and DJ support from Benji B (who played the title track 6 weeks in a row on BBC Radio 1 1Xtra), Mary Anne Hobbs, Cooly G, Dam Funk, Floating Points, Peanut Butter Wolf, Falty DL and Lunice. Having recorded mixes for BBC Radio 1 and recently toured the U.S.A., this EP heralds a bright future for Krystal Klear.
